Are you ready to tick ‘Climb a Mountain’ off on your bucket list? Join us for a challenge to remember on 2nd May 2021, the early Bank Holiday weekend to raise funds for the Ichthyosis Support Group and raise awareness of the chronic rare genetic skin condition ichthyosis! Climb Snowdon, the highest mountain in Wales and the highest point in the British Isles outside the Scottish Highlands. Children aged 8 and over may take part but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The Route – Llanberis Path
9 miles Round Trip, 970m Ascent, 6-7 Hours, Difficulty Level: Fair/Moderate
We will take the Llanberis Path route which is the most gentle incline up to the summit. You’ll pass the impressive cliffs of Clogwyn Du’r Ardu – The “Dark, Black Cliff” and walk aloft the skyline ridge that dominates the Llanberis Path, and area steeped in mountaineering history.

There are car parks and accommodation options in the village of Llanberis. We recommend you book accommodation as soon as possible, and some options can be found here.
