You’ve been a member of ISG for a while and on behalf of the Board of Trustees, thank you for helping us to support everyone affected by ichthyosis.

As a valued member of the ISG family we like to keep in touch with you to update you on all our news and the important work that you support us doing. This could include newsletters, e bulletins, fundraising activities, event invitations and research updates.

Due to new regulations and guidance on how best to communicate with you, we won’t be able to send you these important updates unless you say it is OK for us to do so.

By asking for your permission, we’re restating our commitment to you, as a supporter, because it has always been essential that our relationship is built on trust. We need you to respond, even if you are in touch with us on a regular basis or have responded to us recently.

You’re part of our family and we want things to stay that way. Please respond by 25th May 2018.

Please go online and say ‘Yes’ to staying in touch with your ISG family and supporting everyone affected by ichthyosis.

N.B. If you do not respond by the 25th May 2018 we are required to remove you from our database and you will no longer receive any communication from us at all. Say yes and stay in the ISG family!

The General Data Protection Regulations, which are a government law, are changing this year and we have got to make sure that any information that we have about you is held correctly so that we can continue being in contact with you.

We don’t pass any of your details onto anybody else and we only use personal details to improve our support services. It also means if you call us again, we will have your details to hand.
